In conjunction with my Bentley UX Certificate coursework, I designed the information architecture for a new venture's website -- Cabot Virtual Assistance. Cabot Virtual Assistance was launched to provide services for small business owners who could benefit from a personal assistant, but who did not have the budget to add a full-time assistant to there staff. The objective of the website was three-fold: generate awareness, enable visitors to subscribe to a newsletter with tips for small business owners, and enable visitors to submit requests for assistance.
The sitemap, annotated wireframes, and workflows documented here were developed based on stakeholder interviews conducted to gather business requirements, and on the use of a WordPress template.
Additional projects completed for the Bentley User Experience Certificate Program entailed heuristic assessments, contextual interviews, development of user scenarios, and usability testing.
